AmeriGlobe's system of cost-savings is designed to increase your savings by improving your bulk bag package. Bulk Bags that look bad cost more money. You may have increased damage in transit, extra labor righting bulk bags in the warehouse, higher freight because you can not get the maximum weight in the truck or container, or a host of other costs.
By looking at all of the associated issues, we can at times save you MORE money than you pay for your bulk bags. We can improve the way your bulk bags look, fill, stack. ship and discharge.
In this example, a customer was not maximizing his containers. We saved money by redesigning the bulk bag to allow them to buy less bags and ship less containers while shipping the same volume. We also designed the bulk bag so that they could ship in a 20' foot container instead of a 40' container.

We moved them to a bigger base diminsion, reduced the height, and added our patented Load 'n' Lock Top®. This allowed them to put an extra 200 pounds in each bulk bag. The height reduction gained by using the Load 'n' Lock Top® allowed our customer to double stack in the container and further lower cost by using a smaller container. The increased bag volume allowed them to ship the same amount of product, but required them to buy 10,000 fewer bags and pay for 500 fewer overseas containers.
