From the first day FlexCon began business, our vision was to make flexible containers that meet the standards set by our customers. Customers tell us that we are producing "the best bulk bags in the world," that we "have made their jobs easier by providing technical packaging solutions." And we "deliver what we say, when we say we will." We began hearing those comments almost as soon as we sold our first bulk containers and those comments let us know we are meeting the mission we set for ourselves. In 2002 we changed our name to AmeriGlobe and we continue to be a company that lets the needs and expectations of our customers guide the operations of our business.
Our vision has never changed, though our product lines have. We have expanded to meet an ever-growing list of new challenges from AmeriGlobe customers: Meeting those challenges with new designs, new products and new services, such as our offshore partnerships that transcend those companies who are satisfied to manufacture stock solutions to what they sense their customers can accept.
Our customers know that "industry standards" don't always measure up to theirs. AmeriGlobe customers continue to expect more from us. They know they can count on AmeriGlobe to innovate, create, craft, and deliver, all the while maintaining focus on their needs. Our customers know we understand the definition of "responsiveness" and "individual attention."
