Increased landfill costs, increased resin costs and improved environmental awareness have increased the need for a safe way to reuse bulk bags. AmeriGlobe's bag manufacturing experience gave a firm base to inspect and repair bulk bags but there was still the problem of getting the bags clean. Some of our competitors were simply shaking the bags out, we wanted a better way. AmeriGlobe's solution was a machine that used a combination of airflow and brushing. Our machine inflates the bag and pushes it against a rapidly spinning brush. This action shakes loose the product on the inside and outside of the bulk bag. The integrated collection system gathers the removed product to be returned to the customer for reprocessing or disposal.
