is this important?
When using a
standard flat top bulk bag, the cone formed by the product when
filling the bag will rise up and block the fill tube. This will
prevent a bulk bag from being fully utilized. As a result, you end up
paying for more bulk bag height than required. The empty space also allows
the product room to shift in the bulk bag, causing the bag to slump or bulge.
The cone of
the Load 'n' Lock Top® allows room for the cone
formed by the product, reducing your bulk bag height and cost. The "Lock" portion of the top cinches the extra top material,
leaving a flat top that holds the product in place. Because there
is no extra fabric or empty space in the bulk bag, the bag can not slump
or lean. They are easy to stack and can be moved without pallets.
